At LOAV Worldwide, we proudly represent original artworks and carefully curated creative works from artists around the world. Due to the unique, original, and often one-of-a-kind nature of our artworks, all sales are final.

No Returns

LOAV Worldwide does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.

We encourage all collectors to carefully review the artwork description, dimensions, medium, images, and any additional information before making a purchase. If you require further details before purchasing, we are happy to assist.

No Refunds

LOAV Worldwide does not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or any other discretionary reason once an order has been confirmed.

As each artwork is individually created and curated, every purchase is considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during transit, or you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@loav-worldwide.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the artwork
• Photographs of the packaging and any visible damage

We will investigate the matter with the courier and, where appropriate, work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your legal rights.
